Canadian punk legends Dayglo Abortions return to The York with special guests Motorama for a fast, loud night of punk rock.

DAYGLO ABORTIONS

Formed in Victoria, BC in 1979, Dayglo Abortions have spent more than four decades building a reputation as one of Canada’s most notorious punk bands. Known for their blistering mix of hardcore punk, metal and crossover thrash, the Dayglos have released more than a dozen records and remain unapologetically loud, fast and provocative.

Fronted by founding member Murray “The Cretin” Acton, the band brings decades of Canadian punk history to the stage—with the kind of raw live show that’s meant to be experienced up close.

MOTORAMA

Joining the Dayglos is Motorama, a Vancouver power trio bringing a high-energy blend of garage punk and power punk.

Featuring Marcus Lander, Orchard Pinkish and Matt Fiorito, Motorama delivers fast, gritty rock ’n’ roll built for a live room. They joined Dayglo Abortions at The York earlier this year—and now they’re coming back for another round.
